Release of Caspian 1.1 +

[Caspian]

Because we have made some significant progress in Caspian, We decided to make the first public release version 1.1 Plus

We were able to add a couple significant features that I believe justifies the delay. I am testing those additions and working out the minor bugs. Hopefully by the end of this coming week we will have the release ready. I know you will be very pleased with what Caspian can do that no other system to monitor your generator is currently capable of.
